Direct Beers came along to the very first Oswestry Food & Drink Festival, so nice to have them back for the 10th. 🙂 A range of specialist and unusual beers on offer.
Specialising and source from small scale French “Artisan” food producers. They source regional French foods such as Smoked Garlic, classical French foods such as Cassoulet and the wines and ciders to complement them.
La Triestina is a small family run all Italian business based in Shropshire, specialising in selling and marketing our Region’s best products: Friuli Venezia Giulia, an undiscovered gem lying between the Adriatic Sea and the Carso Highlands in the far east of Italy
What differentiates us is that we pride ourselves in selling good quality fine products a little different and unique in flavours.
Sourced personally from small independent artisan suppliers in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and other parts of Italy. We have a deep understanding of all the products we sell and therefore are adamant they should be only of the best quality for others to appreciate and enjoy.

We are dedicated to providing tasty foods based on generational and traditional recipes, passed on to us by my mother from years of cooking together. Our love for food and cooking inspired us to start Mukaase foods, to share our treats with all.

Sabor de Amor was created by Dr. Beatriz Albo to bring foods with a Spanish essence to those who do not wish to compromise on taste or quality.
Coming from a family with a history of food production in the beautiful city of Salamanca in Spain, she spent a great part of her career working in biological research and education before her love of the flavours of Spain set her on the path of developing a range of sauces, preserves and other treats
Using her scientific knowledge and dedicated research methods she sources the finest ingredients, which are then crafted into products that have intense flavours and capture the health promoting qualities of the source produce..

Established in 1992, Woodlands Ice Cream is a family owned and run business, producing the only genuine farm based ice cream in North Wales.
Run by Richard and Julie Done, all flavours are produced by using local double cream and milk fresh from the family’s own dairy herd.
The Four Seasons restaurant offers dining in an elegant formal setting. Our seasonal menu developed by our experienced team of chefs has a strong emphasis on using local and seasonal produce. The restaurant has held 2AA rosettes for 6 years as testament to our continued strive for excellence.
