Although the Trout farm is one of the oldest in the country, they opened up the smokery only six years ago and it has gone from strength to strength. They make smoked and fresh fish and meat related products such as pates, fish and game terrines, quiches, cullen skink and chicken pies etc.

They love to provide something totally different and as their trout are all caught the same day they are very fresh!
They also undertake contract smoking and supply many local restaurants and hotels and if their customers are unable to visit their farm shop, they can supply via courier!
